Important product notes:
Many products such as fire alarm parts are having backorder issues because of the chips.
Prices have increased on many products although Peak Alarm strives to give you a fair price with quality products.
GE Interlogix which are many GE security panels such as the Concord 4, NX8 and others has gone out of business in 2019 and these products are no longer available and the panels should be changed out and we normally switch these systems to DMP or Qolsys depending on what will work best for you.
DSC panels such as the power series, the NEO and others are good equipment although Peak Alarm does not sell or service these products and often there are lockcodes on these systems that will not allow us into programming so most of the time we suggest that the customer goes with a company that sells and services DSC or change the equipment to a brand that we can service and sell.
When you have a fire alarm product such as EST you will need to have a company such as Wasatch Electric Comtech division or PST or another EST dealer service this panel since Peak Alarm cannot sell or service these systems.
The same goes for Notifier panels installed by FPS Mountain Alarm or FCI or Gamewell Fire Alarm systems installed by Nelson Fire or Simplex Fire Systems installed by Simplex. When you have a proprietary system you will need to hire the company that can work on the system and service it.
Peak no longer can install Camera systems by FLIR, DAHUA or Hikvision because of the new government requirements since Peak works with government agencies.
Peak offers camera system that can meet the NDAA requirements.
