Fair price increases

We strive to keep the pricing fair and take care of our customers.

All of our manufactures and suppliers have increased their pricing and some of them have increased their pricing several times in the last couple of years.

In order to stay competitive we have tried to put off passing these price increases on by taking smaller margins although the time has come that we have had to increase our pricing along with all of the other alarm companies.

Despite these increases we are still very busy which I consider a blessing however I personally strive to give my customers the best deal and the best quality I can. Peak Alarm is not a quick turn around shop where we sell the system today and install it tomorrow although we do a great job and overall customer satisfaction is high. Because of increasing shipping costs due to gas prices and shipping delays due to COVID and other items prices are changing.

We strive to keep our pricing fair and to provide the best service possible. We continue to be the only local alarm company that keeps our UL listed Central Monitoring station in house and maintains our own Guard and Patrol Company.

Peace of Mind - When you are away your system is working to protect against theft and damage

Protection - Motion detectors, Door status switches, cameras and sirens

Life and Property protection - Smoke Detectors - CO Detectors - Water sensors temp sensors etc…

Here are a few reasons to consider Peak Alarm:

  1. Peak is a family owned business with 6 offices in Utah Colorado and Idaho and we have been in business for over 53 years.

  2. Peak offers quality projects with the latest technology such as camera systems with analytics and encrypted security systems that are much less likely to be defeated. Our access control keyless entry systems can be controlled with your smart phone or using a browser so you can lock and unlock your doors or add and delete users remotely. Some of the brands we install are https://www.Qolsys.com and https://www.dmp.com and https://www.specotech.com and https://www.pottersignal.com

  3. Peak Alarm can help you with your fire alarm installations from the beginning to the end so you can get the fire marshal approval and open your doors for business.

  4. Peak Alarm has a large team of people to help you and when you are assigned a salesperson and you can call that person on their cell phone to help with any aspect of your project rather than having to wait on hold to get through to a person and keep being transferred from person to person.

  5. My name is Larry Love and my cell phone is 801 898 6003 and I am a Peak Alarm Salt Lake City consultant for Fire, Security, Cameras and Access Control. Call me and I can come by your facility.

  6. I was an estimator for many years and I don’t play the back and forth game of trying drop pricing because I offer my best pricing up front . I understand that everyone wants a deal and I do too although when I put together a package it is priced with what you have asked for and if you want to drop the pricing we will need to decide what you want to take out in order to get the lower price. If you have 25 water sensors and 6 temp sensors and you need the price to drop we can drop the water sensors to 15 and the price will be lower.

  7. If you pay more upfront we can often get you a lower monthly cost or if you pay a higher monthly cost we can lower the installation cost. We do 36 month agreements not 5 year agreements. Do the math, if someone is going to offer you free equipment most likely their monthly payments are higher than ours and most likely their contract is longer than ours so the free equipment is not really free, you will pay now or later. We are in business to make money although our main priority is to take care of our customer in a fair, honest and equitable fashion.
