Peak Alarm Video Guard Operators actively evaluate video alarms from your facility during a schedule times that you determine.
Once activity is detected our operators will evaluate the activity and determine if its criminal or suspicious activity
If the operator determines the activity is a threat to your business, local police will be notified. If activity is suspicious a Peak Alarm Guard will be dispatched (in patrol areas only)
All incidents are evaluated with supervisor and report sent to the customer.
