What are your security concerns?

TOP SECURITY PRIORITIES

When asking yourself about your security priorities this will help your Security Provider design a system that will meet your needs.

Security items: Doors - Motions - Glass Breaks - Panics

Life Safety items - Smoke Detectors - Heats - CO - Gas Detectors (Propane / Natural gas)

Property Protection Priorities - Water detection - Temperature detection - Fire Sprinkler

Home Automation - Lighting control - Garage door control - Door Lock control and more

  1. Are you more concerned with security when you are home or away? If the answer is when away then you may not need status switches on your windows but just some motion detectors inside and contacts on your doors.

  2. When you are more concerned with security when you are home you may want to consider status switches (contacts) on all doors and windows, motions inside, panic buttons to be worn or mounted, glass break sensors etc…

  3. When your main concern is life safety then you may want to have Smoke Detectors, Carbon Monoxide detectors and gas detectors and when these go off and we cannot reach you we will dispatch the fire department. Recently we dispatched the fire department and saved the lives of an entire family that had been overcome with carbon monoxide and the first responders pulled the family out and saved their lives.

  4. When your main concern is property protection then you can have your security company install WATER sensors to detect water in laundry rooms, bathrooms, kitchens and mechanical rooms or even in crawl spaces. We can also install TEMPERATURE sensors so if your home drops below 41 degrees you can get someone out to the home to get the heat back on before the pipes freeze. We can also install Smoke Detectors, Heat Detectors and tie to your fire sprinkler system if you have one. We also have a device that will turn your water valve off when there is a leak.

  5. When your concern is making your life easier we can install a module on your garage doors so you can open them and see if the doors are open or closed on your app. We can also install lighting controls to turn lights on or off or when you disarm the lights will turn on or when you arm up only certain lights will turn on or off. We can also install modules so you can connect them to lamps or curling irons to know if the switch is on or off. Another option is to tie locks into your security app so you can remotely let someone into your home.

  6. Whatever your concerns we can design a system to help solve issues and put your mind at ease.
