Security brainstorming session

Here at Peak Alarm we had a brainstorming session:

Our new Qolsys Security system has or does the following items:

Built in Cellular and dual path communications over WIFI

Built in camera in the security panel that takes pictures of who disarms and a video during alarms

Z-Wave + home automation for lights, lock control, garage door, temperature control, Geo fencing options, Pendant Panics for Police or Medical, Encryption, control your lawn sprinklers, Christmas lights, view doorbell camera,

Video training built into the panel so you can play videos of how to do all sorts of items right on your panel

When you are not arming or disarming your system you plan have the panel scroll through your family photos

Qolsys can take over DSC, Honeywell, Interlogix wireless devices (Interlogix went out of business in 2019)

Bluetooth disarming so if you have bags of groceries in your arms when your phone gets close to the door the system will automatically disarm the system and you can have the doors unlock and have the lights come on.

We can add WIFI cameras to the same app on your phone

You can monitor water sensors, temp sensors, smoke detectors, CO detectors and much more.

We can program the system to talk to a Water Shut off system that would be installed by the Plumber

Lighting control, lamp modules, light switches you or your electrical contractors installs, plug in light bulbs and program lighting on timers or when you disarm or arm to turn on or off and if a motion or contact is activated the lights will turn on.

When someone enters your back yard the system will send you a notification.

You can open your garage door for the UPS person and let them put the package in the garage and then you can close the garage door and watch it on your cameras.
