Why sign a 36 month contract?

Compare a 36 month agreement to a 60 month agreement you will pay much more over 60 months don’t fall for the free system pitch.

Example of an overall cost on 36 months of $2,129 or $3,300 on a 60 month agreement which I do not do.

When you sign a 36 month agreement the Alarm company can reduce the cost of the overall install.

This is because the Alarm Company can count on you paying for 36 months.

Some companies have you sign up for 60 months and claim to give you free equipment be careful this is a bit of a trick.

We can do a year or even a month to month agreement although the overall install cost will be higher.

Example of a 36 month agreement with basic Panel, 3 Door Contacts and a Motion Detector with a Qolsys alarm panel that is encrypted and has awesome technology for home automation and more.

OPTION 1 - $149 installation cost and $55 per month with Monitoring, Elite Control remote arm/disarm with your phone, full service warranty and alarm response where a uniformed guard in a marked car will respond to alarms in the Salt Lake, West Valley or Park City area.

OPTION 2 - $1,200.00 installation cost and $55 per month with the same services but on a month to month agreement.

Over 36 months you would pay $1,980 on option 1 plus the $149 install for a total of $2,129

Over 36 month on option 2 you would pay $1,980 plus the $1,200 install for a total of $3,180 but you can cancel anytime on option 2. Many companies will not do month to month options.

Many companies will do a 60 month agreement with a free install and equipment but comparing that would be $3,300 over 60 months so really the equipment and the install were not free you ended up paying $1,171 for the equipment and install because it would be much more than the $149 install cost.

Call for current pricing because each install is custom depending on your needs

Some customers will not need the alarm response service if their police department will respond

Some customers want the full service warranty (repair) which includes batteries and others won’t want it

The Elite Control comes with all monitoring plans except fire alarm and you can disarm and arm with your phone or with the keypad onsite but you don’t have to use the remote arming if you don’t want to although it is included.
