Many people have specific fears when buying a security system:

  1. Long term commitment. A. Peak can build a custom package for you either 12,24 or a 36 month agreement and we can change it to a month to month renewal after the initial term.

  2. What if I don’t use the system and I have to continue paying for it ?

    A. Whether you use the security arm and disarm portion of the system or not your system smokes detectors, CO, Temp sensors, water sensors are always active and ready to dispatch the fire department or to notify you of an issue.

  3. Service Concerns.

    A. For a small monthly fee we can include a FULL SERVICE warranty that even covers a tech to come out and change the batteries in those hard to reach smoke detectors etc…Many companies take weeks to schedule a service call and they are hard to reach after the sales process.   4. What if my phone line is cut or if I don’t have an analog phone line?

    A. Peak will install a cellular communicator so you don’t have to worry about the phone line getting cut or having to pay for a phone line.
