Simplex Fire Alarm not for everyone

My wife will not buy the least expensive clothes because she says they won’t last.

Most people that love sushi will not buy the least expensive sushi they can find because the quality is important to them. Quality sushi is safer and tastes better.

Most mechanics are picky about buying and using quality tools because the least expensive tools tend not to last as long and end up breaking and you have to replace them more often.

Simplex Fire Alarm systems by Johnson Controls Fire Protection are similar because they are among the best and being an international company we do things right.

Not all customers can afford Simplex Fire Alarm systems at least on the front end from what they see although when you compare a fire alarm that you install and have to replace 10 or 15 years later Simplex is your best option.

Simplex Fire Alarm systems tend to last longer than most brand and Simplex can do more when you have complex systems.

We bid a job out and we were far from being the low bidder and the general contractor felt confident that the company that won the bid would be able to do it. The company that was low bidder missed a bunch of equipment and ended up backing out of the job and taking out bankruptcy. The owner opened up another company the next week with a slight name change and kept working. The general contractor had to end up using their insurance causing long delays.

Here at JCFP when we bid out a project we stand by our bid and finish the project. We are doing a project right now where we finishing the project even though it went over budget because of unforeseen circumstances and JCI Johnson Controls Fire Protection is a solid company. We have the man power to do any size project and Simplex Fire Alarm systems can do very large projects so that is what we are known for. We are doing an Airport with a complex networked system right now and we do the job properly.

For those that look for the least expensive fire alarm systems Simplex does not compete in that type of market. Simplex panels can network, Simplex systems can be viewed remotely using an app, Simplex system have the ability to do many things that other brands cannot so we are in a different market.

The higher end equipment costs more than an entry level system. Many brands make systems that cost less and they do not have all the features that Simplex has so it is not comparing apples to apples when comparing price. With a Simplex system we can build the system with redundant power supplies so if the main power supply fails the other one automatically takes over. With most systems they don’t even have that option because if you buy another power supply to have as a backup you would physically have to take down the bad one and put up the new one but Simplex can be built specifically that way and for places like data centers, airports and hospitals this is the way to go and the best system to install.
