Month to month monitoring

Larry Love at Peak Alarm can arrange MTM Month to Month monitoring at our UL listed Central Station for Fire Alarm or Security intrusion monitoring. ESPANOL / INGLES

Understand that when we do MTM / Month to month we cannot subsidize the equipment or the labor so we will need the upfront costs taken care of at signup. On our basic Peaklink it would be about $900 upfront and then we can do a MTM Month to Month agreement at a good monitoring rate>

Monitoring rates vary depending on the services you request. We can be as low as $25 per month for phoneline monitoring, as low as $35 per month on cell monitoring and normally around $40 per month on AES Radio monitoring, Fire Alarm cellular monitoring is right around $48 per month because of the high supervision signals that need to be sent every 6 minutes on the cellular unit. Call Larry for individual rates. If you have multiple properties or businesses we can work a deal. If you need a repair agreement added we can help with that or if you need Guard Response on alarms because Salt Lake won't respond then it will be $10 per month extra and includes 4 responses per year on alarms.
