Thank you Peak

Team,

We just wanted to take this opportunity to thank each of our employees for the great job they are doing here at Peak Alarm and our divisions Peak Security, Peak Audio & Video, and Superior Alarm and Fire Protection.

Below are some employees that we wanted to spotlight and thank for “Creating Moments of Wow”.

Andie Arave – Patrol – Andie started working for Peak Security last month as a Patrol Officer.  There was a record-breaking snowstorm that pummeled Utah on Mon, Feb 3.  Andie was patrolling during that blizzard.  We received an e-mail from a lady that recognized our new hire as a “mighty fine” employee.  Apparently, three co-workers were on their way home from the night shift they had just finished at a local company.  It was 2:30 a.m.  They became stranded in this blizzard.  Andie stopped her patrol car and asked if they were okay and if they needed assistance.  They said that they were comforted that this “Young female employee of Peak Security” would look out for them in their time of need and stick around until they got back on the road.  Andie, welcome aboard.  We are so excited to have you as one of our Patrol Officers.  Thank you so much for all you do and exemplifying the virtues and morals that Peak Security holds as a standard.

Brendan Judd – St. George – Brendan has worked for Peak Alarm for almost a year now.  He does installation and service and is an expert with our flagship camera, access control, and burglar alarm systems.  Branch Manager/Sales Rep, David Wooley said that Brendan is a fantastic employee.  He continually gets five star reviews from customers on social media.  Not only does Brendan show-up on time, but he is usually early.  Thank you Brendan for being so diligent in fulling your job assignments and working so hard in providing such a great service to our clients in the St. George area.

Leilani Felise – Central Station/Data Entry – Lani started working for Peak Alarm about a year and a half ago and was recently promoted to Shift Supervisor.  The Central Station Manager, Brek Grover said that she is proactive, she runs her shift well, she is always on-time, she practices excellent customer service skills and is great on the phones, plus she is willing to take on extra shifts.  Thank you Lani for being such a great employee and embracing your new supervisory responsibilities so well.

Kathleen Scholl – Boise Audio & Video – Kat started working in AV about nine months ago.  Boise AV Branch Manager, Nate Karren said, “Kat is the glue that hold Boise AV together.  She keeps  us organized, scheduled and on task. When she came on board, she inherited inventory rooms that had no real system of management, scheduling that was sporadic, and a manager that was burning out. She has more than stepped up to the plate, and has gone above and beyond to help the Boise Branch run smoothly. She has even worked hard to generate sales of our automated shading systems and AV furniture! She always has a great attitude, never hesitates to step in and help, and even reminds me to let go of the things that she can take off my plate”. Thank you Kat for being the best of the best and for keeping things on track there in Boise.  It sounds like they would be lost without you.

Doreen Hardwick – Security Admin – Doreen started working for Security over seven months ago.  General Manager, Leo Koetje said that Doreen is a “Ray of Sunshine” in the office.  She has such a pleasant personality and is always smiling.  Her work ethic is above and beyond.  She has never missed a day of work and is always on time.  She has successfully turned around Security’s payroll process and takes accuracy very seriously.  Thank you Doreen for being such an important part of our team and getting along so well with our employees.

Andrew Neal – Montrose – Andrew started working for Superior Alarm and Fire Protection in June 2018.  Branch Manager, Dan Culmer said that only after a year of employment and no experience in the Fire Alarm industry, Andrew is now a lead tech on one of our fire crews.  Andrew has completed some commercial systems including a recent very large sawmill. He has also taken upon himself to sign up and complete Nicet testing for 1 and 2 all within a 1-week period of time. This is very impressive and is a huge accomplishment.  Thank you Andrew for working so hard to learn those systems so thoroughly.  These fire systems are protecting our clients, their homes, businesses, and employees throughout the Western Slope Region of Colorado.

Drew Miner - Service – Drew started working for Peak Security as a Security Officer back in March 2018.  He left for a few months then came back in October 2019 to work for Peak Alarm in their Service Department.  Operations Manager, Josh Anderson said that in all of his years in this industry he has never seen anyone with the talent and skills that Drew has in customer service.  Drew is easy to get along with.  He can turn an angry customer to a happy customer in no time at all.  Thank you Drew for your pleasant disposition and exuding happiness and service not only to our customers but to our other employees as well.

Michael Adelman – Boise Sales – Mike has worked for the Boise Branch for about a year and a half.  He has a pleasant personality and is fun to talk to.  Boise Branch Manager, Jeremy Berg said that Mike brought with him some great technical knowledge since he has prior experience as a Technician.  This knowledge and his skills in Sales has really made him an important member of our sales team.  Mike won a Net-One trip for self-generated sales leads which is the first time a Sales Rep in Boise has won this all-expense paid trip for two.  Great job Mike and thank you for landing those sales for the company.

***We would like to also take this opportunity to thank the Howe family for providing all of us such a great place to work.  It feels good to work for a family owned company where the “Family” cares for the success of the company as well as the success of the employees.  It is reassuring to work for a company that has the stability of being in business for over 50 years and has developed such a great reputation in the communities where we work.***
