1. Peak Alarm provides local UL listed monitoring for Fire Alarms, Banks, High Security facilities and Peak also does government jobs that will never use the low end products so our commercial business model will continue to grow and be strong.

2. As far as residential products go Peak Alarm can install either Virtual Keypad or Alarm.com interfaces that will allow you to control all your items from one app rather than having an app for cameras, an app for your garage door, another app for your security etc…

3. Peak Alarm does not use automated computer monitoring nor do we rely on just WIFI to transmit signals as many companies do. Yes you can find lower cost solutions although remember something very important “You get what you pay for”.

4. We had a man call us that had one of these DIY systems and his insurance company wanted to add temperature sensors in each temp zone of his home since he had more than one furnace. The inexpensive system he had bought and was monitoring online did not allow him to add those temp or water sensors to his system so we went out and took care of these items in a professional way with the proper equipment.
