Residential Alarm Systems

Residential Alarms are either hardwired or wireless

Alarm systems are normally have some of the following devices:  Motion detectors, door status switches, smoke detectors, CO detectors, glass break sensors, shock sensors, water sensors, temperature sensors and more.

Alarm systems can communicate using phone lines, radio, internet or using a cellular communicator that is built into the alarm system.  Normally it is much more economical to use a cellular communicator. Some system that just use the internet will not communicate if the internet is down so it is recommended that if you tie you system to the internet that you also use a cellular communicator.

When you have an existing alarm system often we can use part or all of it. If  you need to be able to remotely arm and disarm using your smart phone we can upgrade the system so you can.
