Fire Caulking and sleaves to seal walls

Most engineers understand, specify and have seen fire sleaves, Hilti fire caulk and understand how expensive these sleaves and caulk are.

Often JCFP will hire an electrical contractor and the EC will install these sleaves and fire caulk. Be extremely careful because if you have to remove these sleaves, you have to replace them again and being expensive it can often be less money to install a whole new sleave for the new wire.
