Peak Alarm Sales Team A

Here are a few short bios about the people that work at Peak Alarm on our team. Peak hires over 350 local people.

Tony Pino has been with Peak Alarm for 29 years and has a wealth of experience and the ability to deal with customers. His natural abilities make him a team leader at Peak. Tony loves spending time with his grandson and family. Tony relaxes taking his razor out and having fun. Tony also spends time working out so he is great shape.

Paul Mehl used to sing with the Utah Opera Company and is great fun to have around. Paul also has been with Peak Alarm a long time. (I believe it is 14 years) Paul knows a great deal about residential and commercial alarm systems. Paul also loves taking his grandson out on field trips and can often be found with Tony Pino and his grandson and occasionally with Larry and his family at events such as the monster truck events.

Francesco Perri is one of our top people, he is very healthy, he runs in the mountains and is an inspiration to all of us. Francesco has a beautiful family and has a talent for graphics, words, proposals and he gives his time freely to teach others that want to learn. Francesco speaks Italian fluently and is very dedicated to his work and family. Francesco is detail oriented.

Joe Ferraro is also a family man, the other day he brought his 7 year old Harper in to work and she drew a picture of their house and the pizza guy delivering pizza to their door telling me her Dad loves pizza. Joe always seems to be happy and is in a good mood all of the time. Joe has a great knowledge of security systems .

Mike Evans has been with Peak Alarm for four years and when he walks in the door it takes you back to the old western movies. Mike often uses a cowboy hat, jeans and cowboy belt buckles . Mike can often be found helping his neighbors by hauling hay, gravel other other things with the trailer he built himself. Mike is an excellent sales person. He is honest and a family guy. Mike lives in Grantsville Utah and loves the outdoors. Mike makes dutch oven deserts at our Peak parties.

Chris Limburg is in our Ogden office and always has a kind word or thought. Chris is great with residential or commercial work and is also a family man and often you will find him driving around and introducing himself to business owners and contractors. When you need help you can call Chris and he will be there for you.

Larry Love is a commercial and residential systems specialist and has been in the industry over 22 years, speaks fluent Spanish and is also a volunteer Law Enforcement Chaplain. Larry loves to sing and is often can be found singing in Christmas choirs or in productions by Andres Paredes or with the Salt Lake Singers. Larry was the Chairman of the Utah DOPL Alarm System Security and Licensing Board and he was on the Utah Construction Trade Commission board. Larry served with DOPL from 2004-2011 Larry is also a NICET II Fire Alarm Tech and holds the Master Fire Alarm Tech certification level three through the Utah Fire Marshals office and is certified in AXIS cameras and UL2050 projects.

Mike Adelman in Boise is always positive and a gogetter. When I think of Mike I think of him being helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Mike one of the new guys although he is fitting in quite well and doing a great job selling.

Ritch Way in our Idaho Falls office has helped me on several jobs that I have done in Idaho and he also is great to work with and he used to be a tech so he knows his stuff and is willing to go out to job sites to make sure the work is being done correctly.

David Wooley in our Saint George office also used to be a tech and he now is the manager in our Saint George office although you can find David out helping techs and the sales people at all times. He is a hands on type of person.

Brendan Judd is also in our Saint George office and is very professional and a qualified technician with a great work ethic, a pleasing personality and attention to detail. Brendan can perform any type of service call and new system installations. Brendan is commended for providing the “White Glove” treatment that all Peak Alarm associates are trained for an strive to deliver.

Ammon Baker is in our Saint George office as a sales consultant and he has a great deal of experience and demonstrates excellent communication skills by listening and educating the customer to gather information to engineer a security system that will fit the customers needs and their budget. Ammon has the ability to explain technical information in a simple way and this helps our customers have peace of mind.

Kim St John is the Idaho Falls Peak Alarm manager. If you need to know about technical information, procedures, accounting or anything about security Kim is the one to ask. Kim is amazing and the go to person when you need to know how to process or even install equipment. Kim is easy to get along with and always willing to help you even when Utah Salespeople call her for assistance.

Ryan Weakley is the son of our President Don and the grandson of the owner Jerry Howe and Ryan is great with XL, spreadsheets, technology and he is new although he has caught on very quickly. Besides being smart Ryan can also be found driving around and meeting people and telling them about Peak Alarm.

Eric Carlson is also at the Salt Lake office and he speaks fluent Spanish. Eric lives in the Heber area and will be primarily in the Park City Heber area in the near future. Eric is a tall gentleman and very nice and personable. Eric also speak fluent Spanish which will be a great ability to have in Park City and Heber

Bobbie Brakefield knows the computer systems and how to fix any of our paperwork or job costs. Bobbie is part of our inside sales team and she helps with paperwork to renew agreements, paperwork to do small additions to a security or alarm system. Bobbie can also be found driving around to job sites taking pictures and talking to customers, she is a great person to have around when you need someone to help you with any of the Peak Alarm computer systems.

Julie Weakley is the daughter of Jerry Howe the owner of the company. Julie is a very important part of our team helping customers that have had or have issues with their systems or contracts. Julie will spend time listening to concerns, problems and issues and help resolve them. Without Julie we would not have near as many happy customers. Julie has also worked in several positions of the company learning all aspects of the business. Most recently Julie was our Central Station manager.

Jeff Howe is the Sales Manager over all the Sales offices and specifically Salt Lake. Jeff is the owner’s son and Jeff has gone through many of the company positions learning every aspect of the business. Jeff was the Central Station manager, worked as a Salesman, he was the operations manager in install and now he is over sales. Jeff speaks Spanish fluently and for Jeff family is the most important.. Jeff is currently the Chairman of the DOPL Alarm Board. Alarm System Security and Licensing Board and he also sits on the Constructions Trade Commission which is a policy making board.

Maria Jimenez in accounting loves to play board games with her husband although she said he always beater he on Connect Four. Maria loves the outdoors and hiking. She is always looking for new places to hike and distance is not a limitation for her. She also loves to garden and she has 2 dogs and adores them both. Maria is an avid reader and reads both Spanish and English both fiction and non fiction. So when Maria is not doing accounting for Peak Alarm she is reading, playing with her dogs, gardening or losing Connect Four to her husband. .

Alyssa Gilbert loves working in the accounting department at Peak Alarm. She likes to hike, swim and play Volleyball, she loves music and loves to take long drives she is always smiling. Alyssa loves to watch moves and TV shows and currently she is watching Lucifer and loves it. She likes Crime shows as well as anything to do with, mystery, Fantasy, Vampires, werewolves, and Witches. Her favorite disney movie is Dumbo and she loves both versions and her favorite animal is the elephant.

Kally Smith in accounting is a fascinating person she is in college now and very sharp. Kally is an avid gamer. Kally is always willing to stop what she is doing to help anyone that needs assistance. Kally is great at catching errors on paperwork. This helps avoid issues later on.

Paula Williams is our financial Controller and always willing to help. Paula is a notary and she loves to travel. Paula recently got back from visiting China.

Mary Lynn Mitchell is a very important part of our team helping Paula and paying our bills. Mary Lynn has two dogs and recently she brought them to work and we went out to play with them. Her new puppy is a joy to play with. She loves to go out and take her dogs on walks.

Jacob Kastleman works with recruiting and retention for Peak Alarm. Jacob loves audio books including fantasy and science fiction. Jacob is studying the field of organizational psychology and is pursuing a scholarship and master’s program to go overseas to study in Spain. Jacob has a passion for people of other cultures and countries.

Leo Koetje heads up our Security Guard Patrol division. Leo has his own band and is a vocalist. I worked with Leo back in the 1980s at Davis Security. Leo is always helpful and willing to assist. Peak Alarm is lucky to have Leo on board.

Clint Beecroft is our VP of Operations and besides being part of the management team Clint is certified as a NICET II Fire Alarm tech so he understands the technical side of things. When go into a meeting with Clint he understands both sides of issues and is able to make useful recommendations and help solve challenges. Clint and his wife ride motorcycles and belong to a motorcycle club that travels. Clint is also involved on an the board of the Utah ESA Electronic Security Association formerly known as the Utah Alarm Association.

Josh Anderson is our SL Operations Manager and is a walking encyclopedia. Josh knows his alarm information more than anyone I know. Josh can often be found out helping techs or inspecting projects. Josh is over the service department and he is the go to guy when you need something out of the norm. Josh recently has lost about 50 lbs and is an inspiration to all of us. Josh is always willing to help. Josh also loves being out in nature.

Calvin Oakes our Installation manger is not only great at darts but he is an outdoorsman and is skilled with a bow and loves to be in nature. Calvin has allot of experience getting wire to hard to get places and recently he solved one of my challenges on a hard to reach camera location by building a specialized mount. I is great to have Calvin on our Peak team.

Wes Ryan the Install Supervisor in Idaho Falls is a NICET 4 certified tech in the field of fire alarms. When you need to know about fire alarm systems Wes can answer your questions and review and even stamp plans. Wes is always willing to help and assist the entire team.

I appreciate all the people we work with and how willing they are to help us. I only mentioned a few of our team and all of the rest that I did not mention are just as knowledgeable and helpful.

I did not mention all of our sales people or our team that helps back us such as the office staff, accounting, installation department, the service department, our central station, our Guard and Patrol staff, our AV department and purchasing. Together we make up the Peak Alarm Team.
