Does your insurance company require a UL Listed Central Station monitor your alarm system?

  1. Many insurance companies now require that your alarm system be monitored by a UL listed Central Station.

  2. Some insurance companies require low temperature detection in each heating zones. if you have 2 furnaces then you would have have 2 low temp sensors installed.

  3. Another common requirement by insurance companies is that you have water/floor detection installed.

  4. Many insurance companies also want you to have your fire sprinkler system flow switch monitored and the smoke detectors monitored as well.
