5. Our dispatch center dispatches our own guards on alarm when you have that service. SInce the police in several areas no longer respond to alarms we do. Areas such as Salt Lake, West Valley and other areas near Salt Lake require guard response since the police do not respond any longer and if they do the owner needs to meet them on site and they only go if they are not busy with other calls so many times they will not show up for quite some time. Our guard have very fast response times.

Be very careful with discount monitoring companies that may not give you the service you need and recently one of those companies began to dispatch police and fire when the customer did not pay their bill. You do get what you pay more. Our dispatchers live in Utah and not overseas so when you tell us where you live we are familiar with the area.
